Directions: A course final paper is required to pass this course. The paper should be 1000-1500 words of body content (4-5 pages) in length (this does not include the Title page or Reference page), follow APA citation format, and contain at least three (3) outside sources of which two (2) must be from peer-reviewed/scholarly journals. The following are the directions: According to the Pew Research Center (2014), there are five trending facts about the economy: 1. By one measure, U.S. income inequality is the highest it’s been since 1928. 2. The U.S. is more unequal than most of its developed-world peers. 3. The black-white income gap in the U.S. has persisted. 4. Americans are relatively unconcerned about the wide income gap between rich and poor. 5.
