Josh: When grading your assignment for Module 3, it became clear to me that you may not have understood the directions and the objectives of the assignment. Your ethical decision making model you presented “The Dimension of Ethics in the model of the Health Care Profession Decision-Making” is not a true ethical decision making model. The model which is identified in your text at the beginning of the book and in Chapter 5 which was one of the assigned readings for this module is the six step model. I have included a screen shot of this model for your review. I would encourage you to use one of the models from this week’s readings such as Uustal’s model or the six step ethical decision making model I have provided for you. Using either one of these models will lead you down the right path of incorporating all the steps and using them to analyze the dilemma.
Your introduction and statement of purpose is good. Please review your statement of the ethical dilemma just to make sure you are clearly describing the dilemma in the case scenario. Your dialogue is good, but I encourage you to use a bit more formal verbiage for the purposes of the assignment.
