Review of a Nursing Paper

Assessment 1b requires you to select ONE published research paper from the list below and to undertake a review of this paper. The review should include a brief introduction and description of the research study. This section should include the objectives of the study, the setting and sample, method, results and conclusion. The bulk of this review should be dedicated to a thorough and considered critique of the paper, both in relation to the quality of the research, and where this research is positioned in relation to other published work in the area. Your review must be formatted to conform to the Instructions for Authors for one of two Elsevier journals – Australian Critical Care or Australasian Emergency Nursing Journal. You will need to visit the relevant journal websites to obtain instructions for authors. Please note that, for this assignment only, you should follow the referencing convention of the journal not that of the Faculty
