Psychological contract is noted as vehicle for understanding the psychology of trust and distrust within organizations, since employees have such contracts with their “targets, which are their supervisors, co-workers, and the organization as a whole. In Rosseau 1995, all three parties implicitly or explicitly, make contracts with each other on a daily basis through their regular interactions, their behaviors towards others, administrative policies and procedures.
