For this assignment, design a Behavior Support Plan for a student, utilizing the Behavior Model presented, in Chapter 7, to provide to special education teachers. The plan should be 2-4 pages in length. If you cannot work with an actual student to design the plan, utilize the case study at the end of Chapter 7. If you do work with a student, be sure to obtain any necessary written permission. The purpose of this project is for you to guide teachers through the process of developing a behavior plan based on the Behavior Model.
