This is an APA paper and should use proper running heads, cover page, and other headings. It is a comparison paper between the US and another country that you select. You cannot use the United Kingdom or Canada as they are covered in your readings. You must include cost and efficiency, equity, and access. As with all formal papers you should have an introduction, then the major components of the paper (cost, efficiency, equity and access), and a summary. I anticipate your paper to be a minimum of 6 paragraphs covering the intro, cost, efficiency, equity and access as well as the summary, although most have been longer. Major components of the paper are cost, efficiency, access, and equity. You must include these.
