•Analyze which leadership practices encouraged innovation in the company. Consider the global factors that influenced the company.
•Assess how the chosen case study does or does not exemplify (or both) the five discovery skills of innovation leaders.
•Assess the actions that the leader in your case study took in order to shape organizational culture to be more innovative.
•APA formatting: Resources and citations are formatted according to current APA style and formatting.
•Number of resources: Use a minimum of 3–5 resources.
•Length of paper: Write 5–8 typed, double-spaced pages. The content of your paper, excluding appendices, should be at least 5–6 pages.
•Font and font size: Times New Roman, 12 point.
-Analyzes leadership practices that encourage innovation and considers the global context with support from professional sources.
-Assesses how the information in a case study exemplifies (or does not exemplify) the five discovery skills of innovation leaders and explains the impact of these factors on the organization’s ability to innovate.
-Assesses how the actions of leadership shape a corporate culture of innovation, using specific examples and supporting citations from professional sources.
-Communicates in a manner that is professional, scholarly, and consistent with expectations for members of the business professions.
