Answering behavioral questions

In an employment interview, the company representative asks you to: “Tell me about a situation in which you had to lead other people.” In a two page paper develop an answer to this behavioral question using the three-step process for answering such questions discussed in the textbook. Label each step in your answer. Remember that your focus here should be on communication. In your answer, refer to concepts mentioned in Chapter 2 of the DiSanza textbook.
a. Length: This assignment should be at the least 2 pages double spaced (not including cover page or reference page)
