(1) Title page 1. Name of school

(2) Executive summary 1. Statement of the purpose of the report
2. Methods & sources used to research the report
3. Summary of main findings
4. Main conclusions, and
5. Brief outline of the recommendations.
(3) Table of contents, list of figures/tables 1. Include section numbers and section titles used in report with the relevant page number.
2. Should be written on a separate page.
(4) Introduction
1. A restatement of the purpose/aim of the report.
2. The background or context for the task.
3. Two/three paragraphs on the significance of sustainable practices for corporations (Note that the definition of sustainability need to be provided here followed with its benefit for corporations).
4. Limitations of the report
5. An outline of the structure of my report (In 3-5 sentences indicate the major sections/concepts discussed in the body section).
(5) Body 1. Body section needs to be subdivided into three sections, one for each problem faced by GHB.
2. Each subsection should have a sub-heading and start with a restatement of the problem (1 sentence) followed with possible solutions for that problem found in the literature or practiced by other corporations.
3. In addition to reporting the solutions, solutions need to be critically evaluated discussing pros and cons of each.
4. Both point-by-point and block styles are accepted in subsections.
5. Note that ideas borrowed from other sources need to be acknowledged in Harvard Style.
(6) Conclusion & Recommendations 1. Restates the purpose of the report
2. Presents a summary of key findings
3. Makes recommendations for GHB’s problems based on the key findings discussed in the body of the report.
4. Includes justification(s) for the chosen recommendation for each problem.
(7) References 1. Needs to be on a separate page.
2. Should be inclusive of all sources used within the report.
3. Needs to be in accordance with the Harvard citation style.
4. Needs to properly acknowledge all sources within the report (in text citations).
5. Provide eight (8) academic sources (Harvard Style)
