One of the great challenges within the Criminal Justice arena is dealing with the issue of corruption. Whether we are discussing with individual or personal corruption practices, or organizational cover-ups, such offenses shake the core of the public trust. Recent incidents involving police leadership in Baltimore and Chicago clearly illustrate these challenges. In other words, do you see any contradictions within its mission statement or between the mission statement and goals? •What is the organizational structure of the entity?
