There are several strategies that can help you improve your professional presentation skills and telephone skills. Choose any of the strategies that you think are important for enhancing your oral communication skills when delivering presentations or when communicating via telephone. Explain why you chose the specific technique(s) and why it is important in your current profession or in another type of organization.
