This week, you read about conflict resolution styles in the Wilmot and Hocker textbook. You also watched the Webuwrite Academy Simulation, in which you learned about a company that has plenty of interpersonal and organizational conflicts.

For this discussion, complete the following:

• Identify a conflict at Webuwrite. This may be one of the conflicts that you are writing about in your assignment for this week.
• Choose one of the conflict resolution styles (or a combination of multiple conflict resolution styles) discussed in the reading. Explain in detail how this conflict resolution style could be used to address the conflict. Again, this may overlap with this unit’s Webuwrite Academy Conflict Summary assignment.
