You have been asked to write an article for the Successful Leadership column for your company’s intranet management skill training page. You have decided to focus on the importance of using active listening skills and interpreting nonverbal communication when dealing with employee concerns. Your article will be read by company managers and should provide useful guidelines for developing communication skills as a manager.
