The discussion assignment for this week includes a review of the Key Assignment Phase 4 Individual Draft completed by one of your classmates, as well as a substantial response to at least one other student.
Primary Task Response: Your first task is to post your own Key Assignment Outline that will be used for your Phase 5 writing assignment due next week. Post your outline to the discussion area so that other students are able to review your plan. Attach your document to the main discussion post, and include any notes you feel are appropriate. The purpose of this assignment is to help improve the quality of the Key Assignment Draft you will complete next in phase 5. Many organizational structures exist in health care. This includes hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, outpatient clinics and many others. Describe at least five types roles within health care organizations. Examples can be to start at the top and work down. Explain how the Board of Directors, organizational chart, and the CEO are required to effectively manage health care organizations.

Mentoring Program
With Kyosha Valley’s growth, many new employees do not feel that they have anyone to ask questions of because of the extremely heavy workload. You would like to find out if more senior employees would be open to mentoring the employees who have been on board less than 12 months.
